Is it 21 Days?

A quotable quote –
Habit is habit, and not to be flung out of the window by any man, but coaxed down-stairs one step at a time. – Mark Twain
When changing a habit, it is recommended to never change more than three things at a time, though ideally, one to two is the best way to start.

Meta analyses found very large treatment effects for EFT (Cohen’s d) for depression, anxiety and PTSD. You can use it for weight management, pain attacks, limiting beliefs, self image, physical pain, phobias and fears. Indeed the fear and anxiety of going to the ‘Dentist’ is high on the radar for us.
