What’s her back story:

Although Lydia arrived at dentistry by taking a bit of a journey – across the globe actually – this hasn’t stopped her from making it a big part of her life. In fact, apart from her family, you could say dentistry is her life. She just LOVES it.  No, we mean it, like, she really loves it. Which is why so many people end up loving dentistry too, after spending just a little time with her.

What makes Lydia tick?

Okay, so Lydia is a super keen learner (you’re never too old, right?) and a people person too (you’ll know what we mean when you meet her). 

Her big thing is helping every patient feel at ease, especially when they’re nervous or have an overwhelming fear of going to the dentist. If you thought zen and dentistry couldn’t possibly be used in the same sentence, you need to come and see Lydia. 

From the moment I greet my patients, it’s all about them. I pull out all stops to make sure they feel relaxed, comfortable, and totally at ease. Above all else, I want them to know I truly care about them and that we’re on this journey together. If a patient walks away and says, ‘Wow! That was different!”, I know I’ve done my job.
