What’s her back story:

My journey to dentistry is a little different to the other Dental as Anything family members.

I had no grand plans to work in the industry, but I did have an inkling I might be interested in the business side of the health when my daughter started studying nursing. And strangely, when I went into any medical environment for myself, like going to the doctor or hospital; I just liked the feel of it.

I took on some additional study of my own and when the opportunity to work at Dental as Anything came up, I thought it would be the perfect place for me.

What makes Sharon tick?

That’s an easy question to answer.

I really love the contact with people and making them feel more confident and comfortable about their experience.

So many patients have concerns and fears about the dentist that it stops them doing the things they really need to. I feel we help change that perception. It’s very satisfying to see the transformation in a person, just from our contact with them.

And being part of something that’s growing excites me and with Dental as Anything, it feels good to be part of a business going places.
