What’s her back story:

After starting out in an administration role, Caitlin had a lightbulb moment – I need more contact with people! Dentistry has been the welcome benefactor of that insight and Caitlin’s lifelong goal to work in the dental industry. Completing her studies while working full-time, Caitlyn demonstrated her willingness to get in and get things done.

For Caitlin, it’s all in the details. With a sharp memory for fun patient facts, Caitlin surprises us all. She loves putting people at ease, helping then to relax and feel like they’re more family than patient. What better way to do that than making our patients feel values?

I love that dentistry gives you the opportunity to connect with patients on a personal level. At Dental as Anything, this means we can genuinely support patients through their treatment, which is especially important if they feel nervous. We do everything we can to make it a manageable experience, so it’s not scary. As much as possible, we try to make it fun, and this really puts people at ease.
